Tasks
-Impeccable Property Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of the property by conducting unit inspections and coordinating maintenance requests. Follow up with residents to guarantee their satisfaction with our products and services. -Efficient Resident Management: Ensure a smooth move-in and move-out process for residents in collaboration with the property team. Maintain meticulous paper and electronic files, including lease renewals and eviction records, to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal laws. Keep resident profiles and ledgers up to date in our property management operating system. -Local Expertise and Community Integration: Share firsthand knowledge of the local area and community with residents and guests. Offer recommendations for activities, local businesses, and services to enhance their experience. -Engaging Resident Events: Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events, fostering a sense of community and belonging. -May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds. -Maintain an organized filing system and office areas. -Strategic Marketing and Insights: Collaborate with the corporate marketing team and property leadership to develop, execute, and monitor marketing and social media strategies. Conduct regular market surveys and contribute insights to refine current strategies. Stay attuned to the local market landscape and share valuable observations with leadership and corporate partners. -Proactive Prospecting: Drive the growth of our resident community by relentlessly prospecting and nurturing leads to build a robust pipeline of potential residents.

What You Bring
-This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. -Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. -A minimum of 2 years of market rate rental leasing experience preferred. Previous sales experience also preferred. -Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the property as well as company needs. -Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. -Personalized Property Tours: Demonstrate an effortless capacity to understand resident preferences, wants, and needs. Articulate the resident experience through engaging property tours, highlighting the distinctive features of The Odeon and South Market. Build strong personal relationships with prospects by dedicating time for personalized follow-ups. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines/interruptions. -Ability to work independently and with a team. -Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills. -High school or GED required. -Computer proficiency included but not limited to Microsoft Office. -Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate/lead team members. -Technically savvy with technology, i.e. smart phones and computers. -Yardi and/or Pay Scan experience preferred. -May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. -Knowledge of the city; knowledge of the local transportation options to include public and private transportation options.
