Maintain and repair building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing at Lambert Airport (2nd shift)

Tasks

-Follow OSHA and safety standards at all times -Replace filters, light bulbs, and other facility components -Train other maintenance team members as needed - Assist outside vendors, inspectors, and service personnel - Use CMMS software to manage work orders and document repairs -Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) -Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues -Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment

Apply today and become part of the Keystone community! -Bonus: Painting or commercial carpentry experience -Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screen -Lambert International Airport SIDA badge and driver’s test (within 2 tries) -Preventive maintenance experience -Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs -Keystone background check -4–6 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance (commercial/industrial setting required) -High voltage experience (required) -Experience with plumbing and carpentry repairs -Able to work flexible hours and handle emergency calls as needed -Comfortable working indoors/outdoors and in various weather conditions -FAA background check -Must have a valid driver’s license -High school diploma or equivalent
