-Prepare accurate estimates, material packages, and schedules for commercial roofing projects (low-slope and steep-slope systems). -Review plans and specifications to develop detailed take-offs for labor, materials, and timelines. -Collaborate with leadership and customers to deliver exceptional results. -Sell and support projects involving TPO, PVC, EPDM, asphalt, architectural metal systems, wall-hung canopies, and custom metal fabrications. -Conduct site inspections and ensure cost-effective, high-quality proposals.
