Tasks

You’ll play a key role in shaping the construction strategy of a company redefining how energy is built and delivered in urban environments, all while working with a passionate, mission-driven team at the forefront of the renewable energy transition. In this senior leadership role, you’ll lead the full construction lifecycle, from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and closeout, building and scaling the systems, teams, and processes that will support a rapidly expanding project pipeline. You’ll oversee contractor performance, safety, quality, and budget execution, while mentoring a high-performing construction team and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard. -Collaborate with development and preconstruction teams to ensure seamless project delivery. -Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance across all active sites. -Lead and scale all construction operations for distributed energy projects across NYC. -Manage budgets, contractor relationships, and resource planning as the company scales.

What You Bring
