Tasks

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of technical drawings. -Work on residential renovations, remodels, and structural alterations. -Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code standards. -Deliver consistent and buildable documentation. -Draft construction documents for structural and architectural projects.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with agency comment resolution for permit approval. -Experience with Revit, BIM, SketchUp. -Experience with permitting and building departments. -Proficiency in AutoCAD. -Drafting degree preferred but not required. -5–8 years of experience in construction document development. -Knowledge of structural elements and connections.
