In this role, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams in designing, building, and delivering robust software solutions. You’ll set technical direction, champion engineering excellence, and drive digital innovation for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on tackling complex challenges, developing people, and crafting scalable, cloud native systems across a range of modern technologies. Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, C# Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Cloud Formation, Azure Bicep AI Integration: Thoughtful and responsible adoption throughout the software lifecycle Frameworks: React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Next.js, Spring Boot, .NET -Strong communication skills with proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, especially in client facing delivery. -Experience supporting business development activities, including contributing to bids, proposals, and technical presentations. -Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving complex technical problems. -Solid grasp of contemporary engineering practices including TDD, contract testing, secure coding, and architectural approaches like event driven systems. -Proven ability to improve performance through methods such as caching, tuning, and load or stress testing. -Skilled in continuous integration and deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and release automation. -Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams, combining technical depth with people leadership. -Comprehensive understanding of full software delivery lifecycles from design and development through deployment and operations.
