-Coordinating and organising complex tender submissions -Identifying and managing risks and opportunities throughout the estimating and submission process -Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure competitive pricing -Actively seeking and pursuing growth opportunities by developing strong relationships with customers and industry partners -Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for projects and maintenance contracts

-Strong background in fit-out, refurbishment, and hospitality projects. -Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills -Exceptional time management and organisational abilities to manage competing tenders and deadlines -Electrical trade background or relevant qualification -Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail -Proven experience estimating commercial projects — such as schools, hotels, offices, retail, and airports. -A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team -Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software -Experience identifying CAPEX upgrade and replacement opportunities within existing client portfolios.
