Coordinate with estimation, procurement, planning and site teams to validate cost-to-complete and maintain accurate cost reporting.
Maintain an up-to-date project cost database and ensure full auditability of all cost-related documentation.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate variations, claims and contractual cost impacts.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controller to oversee project cost management across our luxury and high-rise developments, ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency and strategic control throughout all phases of construction.
10–12+ years of experience in cost control within high-rise, mixed-use or large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of cost management principles, project accounting, forecasting and financial controls.
Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with cost control software/systems such as CCS Candy, ERP platforms or equivalent tools.
