Tasks

-Get to grips with all aspects of Contract Administration - the mechanisms and procedures that apply to contracts -Give effective forecasting of costs, risks and begin to understand the financial implications -Look after the financial management aspects of your project, such as cost reporting, valuations, change management, and final accounts -Roll up your sleeves for some contract practice, and immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a project -Liaise with work package managers to collate information on the works -Prepare and present reports on the performance of a project

What You Bring

-You think logically, are willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving -You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions -Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Quantity Surveying, Finance and Accounting, Commercial Management, Business Management, Construction Management or related degree -You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change -Use of Microsoft Office and other software to present high standard of documentation
