Support corporate governance for EMEA subsidiaries, including coordination of company secretarial and compliance matters.
Conduct legal research and assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies.
Contribute to training and awareness initiatives supporting Bentley’s Law and Corporate Advancement objectives.
Mentor and collaborate with other team members as required.
Prepare internal memoranda, correspondence, and contract documentation.
Advise on RFPs, tenders, and related contractual documentation across EMEA.

For Contracts Negotiator: minimum 2 years’ relevant contract negotiation experience in-house or at a law firm. You will have a degree in law or related discipline, such as a university degree.
Proven ability to communicate complex issues clearly to varied audiences.
Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Law or a related discipline; qualification to practice law preferred.
For Associate Counsel: Qualified lawyer with minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in relevant work as in-house counsel or equivalent experience in a law firm. You will have a degree in law and qualification to practice.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Experience in technology licensing, including SaaS and cloud offerings, strongly preferred.
Fluency in English required.
