Design custom cabinets, consult clients, create plans, and manage orders.

Tasks

-Educate clients on proper cabinet care and maintenance. -Develop detailed design plans using 20/20 Design or similar software. -Meet with clients to determine the intended function and appearance of each space. -Visit potential job sites to take precise measurements and propose design solutions. -Ensure all designs comply with building and safety regulations. -Assist clients in selecting and coordinating the work of independent contractors. -Consider the placement of water and electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance. -Provide expert guidance on materials, finishes, and additional features to enhance usability and style. -Process cabinet orders in RFMS (Point-of-Sale system).

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of cabinetry, finishes, and industry trends. -Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. -Familiarity with construction basics and other building materials. -Exceptional communication and customer service skills. -Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinet design or related field. -Ability to learn and utilize RFMS (Point-of-Sale system). -Proficiency in 20/20 Design or other cabinet visualization software.
