  • Disposé à voyager en Amérique du Nord
  • Interagir avec les vis-à-vis en construction (coordonnateurs de conception-construction, estimateurs, ingénieurs de projets etc.)
  • Soutenir le Chargé de projet en conception, en veillant à ce que les projets soient livrés à temps et conformément aux budgets établis
  • Interagir avec les sous-traitants et partenaires de conception externes
  • Coordonner les livrables, le processus qualité et la conformité
  • Assister de directeur de projets de la conception multidisciplinaire des projets en modes alternatifs au stade de proposition technique et/ou de l’exécution (conception pour construction)

  • Expérience dans le domaine de la conception-construction est un atout
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation, de la gestion du temps et du souci du détail
  • Hautement motivé et possédant une passion pour l'excellence et la prise d'initiatives
  • Joueur d'équipe pouvant travailler de manière indépendante afin de respecter les échéances, les buts et les objectifs
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et facilité à communiquer ses idées à l’oral et par écrit
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou équivalent
  • Bilingue, français et anglais, parlé et écrit
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration technique avec les équipes interdisciplinaires pour s’assurer que nos conceptions sont conformes à nos processus et répondent aux besoins de nos clients
  • Inscription professionnelle à une association canadienne d’ingénierie en cours au minimum
  • 0-5 ans d'expérience en conception ou en gestion de projet en conception dans un des domaines suivants : structures (ponts et structures de génie civil) hydroélectricité, civil, routes, ferroviaire, etc.
