Oversee signage program delivery, manage client accounts, lead team, and drive project success.

Tasks
-Escalate issues arising from Stakeholder concerns and work diligently to resolve issues. -Submit proposals and RFP’s for existing customers and oversee proposal submittal for existing customers. -Manage complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business. -Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, and project milestones. -Assist Accounting in collections of aging accounts receivables and resolve customer disputes. -Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. -Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team of 6-10 direct reports which often includes other people leaders. -Maintain and grow the business within the Stratus customer base. Identify new opportunities with customers. -Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. -Monitor the performance of staff. -Manage national accounts for Fortune 500 companies -Provide management with forecasting numbers, program concerns, and employee opportunities. -Produce complete, accurate, and timely reporting of program and project statuses. -Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders. -Assign new work to the team. -Organize programs and initiatives to support the mission, goals, and objectives of the company. -Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project. -Performance reviews, staff development, and execution of disciplinary action.

What You Bring
-Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques. -Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies. -High school graduate or equivalent. -Project management certificate (certificates administered by PMI) preferred. -Highly organized and detail oriented. -This position is based in a general office setting with typical office physical demands including sitting, standing, moving from place to place within the office, typing on a computer keyboard, bending to reach file cabinets, and occasional lifting of packages less than 25 pounds. -Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. -Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management. -Extensive experience leading and managing initiatives. -3+ years of industry/sales experience. -Minimum 4+ years of management experience. -Strong leadership, diplomatic skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business areas within the organization. -Travel (10%-15%) could be required and may require overnight stays away from the office for customer interaction, social functions, and/or sales events. -Proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, and project milestones. -Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with the organization’s best practices. -Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers. -Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field preferred. -Display qualities such as motivational techniques and conflict-management. -Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SmartSheet, etc. -Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. -Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
