Manage daily ops, leasing, maintenance, and team for a 402‑unit multifamily community.

Tasks
-Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover. -Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up. -Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching team as necessary. -Determine leasing opportunities of staff and work on goal setting, improving the performance of each staff member. -Leading by example. Instilling, maintaining, and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission to be the best national management company. -Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic. -Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards. -Maintain residents' files in accordance with company's standards. -Supervise day-to-day operations of team, ensuring that all C&W policies and procedures are followed. -Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met. -Supervise day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed. -Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and finances. -Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc. -Driving revenues with your thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs.

What You Bring
-Real Estate License preferred. -3+ years of onsite Multifamily Property Manager experience required. Strong preference for 200+ units, luxury Class A with Amenities experience. -General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills -Yardi systems experience strong preference. -Effective communication and customer service skills -Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills -Be able to manage a team -Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
