Visit www.Trigild.com. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. This role involves drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on legal risks and compliance issues associated with commercial property matters. All job offers are contingent on completion of a background check and proof of eligibility to work in the United States. This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position. -Have exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. -Experience with drafting fundamental documents related to commercial real estate transactions. -Prior experience with commercial real estate, urban redevelopment, land use, public financing mechanisms, and/or construction law. -Being admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction -3-5 years of experience working as a Real Estate Transaction Attorney -Candidates should possess experience in commercial leasing, portfolio or multi-site purchases or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and proactively complete transactions -Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
