What You Bring

-Proven strong ability to perform root cause analysis and problem solve complex issues -Experience conducting needs assessments for reported application system issues and developing solutions including communications with senior business leaders, team members, and others. -Three years of experience as Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Systems Trainer or Support Analyst using Yardi. -Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred but not required. -High School Degree required with Bachelor's degree preferred. -Expert Microsoft Excel abilities -Self-starter and strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Demonstrated Yardi systems (Voyager and modules) experience -Experience ensuring compliance with systems development methodology standards, policies and procedures. -Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including discerning the appropriate level of detail based on roles and personalities -Strong documentation skills required (writing user-interface design/business requirements) including excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge or Yardi reports and Yardi custom reporting (YSR experience is a plus) -Property Management System experience utilizing and troubleshooting Yardi Suite including Voyager, Rent Café, CRM Flex, and Procure 2 Pay. -Real estate industry experience preferred -Experience coordinating and assisting with system conversions and enhancement installations by gathering system requirements and design, development, testing, and system roll-out, including preparing senior management reporting on results. -Proven knowledge of Canada multifamily apartment industry and leasing. -Ability to manage tasks for multiple projects simultaneously and maintain positive relationships with business and systems teams to insure successful project completion.
