Develop and manage aerospace quality control, audits, and continuous improvement.

Tasks

-Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability. -Prepare and support internal and external audits by customers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies. -Conduct inspections of materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and customer requirements. -Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and audit findings. -Prepare quality documentation such as FAI (First Article Inspection) reports, PPAP, and control plans. -Coordinate and perform the calibration of all equipment and tools with industry compliance standard. -Perform root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) for nonconformities and deviations. -Ensure proper use and calibration of inspection tools, gauges, and CMM equipment. -Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. -Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, zero defect plan, mistake proofing, proactive quality and other quality methodologies -Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance processes in line with aerospace standards (AS9100, IPC-A-610/620, FAA/EASA regulations).

What You Bring

-Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), engineering drawings, and specifications. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured methodologies. -Proficiency in MS Office, ERP (SAP)and quality management systems (QMS) tools. -5 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the aerospace or high-reliable mechanical industry. -Team-oriented mindset with proactive ownership of quality objectives. -exposure to metallic and hydraulic aerospace parts manufacturing or Assembly (machining, casting, forging, special processes, assembly). -Ability to work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment with minimal supervision. -Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field). -Effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 9001, EASA/FAA, NABL). -Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies. -Certification in ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or similar is an advantage
