Oversee PV site construction, manage teams, schedules, HSE/QC, and cost control.

Tasks

-Responsible for Rate analysis, costing, cost control, materials reconciliation, etc -Keeping the schedules, KPIs, Productivity norms, etc -Administration of site resources -Ensuring QA/QC compliances -Managing a team of Asst construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, sub-contractors -Mobilizing the resources based on the requirement -Ensuring strict HSE compliance -Oversee the construction action activities of Underground LV/MV cables laying, Terminations, Equipments Installations – Inverters, IDTs, Panels, SMBs, assistance to testing & commissioning -Coordination with Vendors for project materials

What You Bring

-Technical knowledge of Solar PV Electrical works, conversant with international codes, Project management, direct execution, communication, HSE & QC awareness & knowledge -Graduate inElectrical Engg from the recognized Institutions, having min 13 yrs of experience, out of which min 3 yrs experience in Solar PV projects of 200 MW and above. Overseas experience is desirable.
