Tasks

-Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan -Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion -Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents -Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment -Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
