Tasks

-Take charge of underground utility projects focused on traffic signal systems, lighting, and critical infrastructure. -Coordinate crews, schedules, subcontractors, and equipment to deliver high-quality work safely and on time. -Build lasting relationships with Las Vegas Valley Agencies (City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, City of Henderson) and Clark County officials, inspectors, and clients—becoming the face of the company on the ground. -Develop and elevate foremen and team leads, preparing them—and yourself—for bigger responsibilities. -Be the mentor crews look to for guidance, direction, and opportunity. -Foster a culture where accountability, innovation, and safety are non-negotiables. -Lead from the front, solving problems decisively, supporting your teams, and inspiring trust.

Leadership in Construction -Deep knowledge of Underground Utility Installations and permitting requirements. -Proven ability to lead multiple crews and manage high-profile projects under tight timelines. -Natural communicator who will thrive in the fast pace of Las Vegas construction. -OSHA 30 certification preferred. -5–7 years of supervisory experience in underground utilities or civil construction, ideally with underground dry utility, traffic signal, streetlight or ITS background.
