Tasks

-Manages payroll, treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset functions. -Responsible for annual budget preparation and ongoing analysis of actual to budget performance -Ensures financial accounting records are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) -Oversees and controls cash management including monitoring the line of credit and preparing cash flow projections -Supports and coordinates with external Accountants for all financial reporting and compliance engagements, including; financial statement review, overhead schedule audit, benefit plan (401K and ESOP) audits, tax return preparation. -Responsible for preparing written analysis for management to explain variances and identify key factors impacting financial performance -Ensures financial and accounting controls are documented and updated regularly through written policies and procedure -Responsible for equity recordkeeping and administration of incentive deferred compensation plan -Manages all aspects of financial and tax reporting -Overhead expense control - review overhead expenses on a monthly basis and identify potential problem areas requiring further action -Responsible to estimate corporate income tax liabilities, and to review and approve annual and quarterly tax filings. -Prepares monthly financial statement (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) information -Responsible for providing management with accurate and timely financial accounting information by preparing and monthly financial reporting information and assuring the quality of the information -Accounts receivable collection - responsible for working with clients and project managers to ensure timely collection of outstanding dollars. What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university plus seven (7) years OR equivalent experience in all aspects of accounting for a service company. -CPA license is required. -Ad hoc reporting as required by management and external Accountants
