Tasks

Institute top-notch process for the procurement of IT / Non IT requirements - Supervise and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are achieved Devises and executes sourcing plans, price justification , and cost analysis in accordance with the requirements. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp their procurement needs and requirements - Establish and uphold relationships with vendors and suppliers - Bargain contracts and terms with vendors to guarantee favorable pricing and delivery terms Cultivate vendors, enhance speed & quality of items procured ( IT and Non IT) Contributes in the Supplier Development process by consistently evaluating performance and facilitating enhancements in cost, quality, and delivery - Acquire IT, Non-IT, and Services requirements in a prompt and cost-efficient manner Formulates RFI/RFP documents, examines total cost of ownership, and negotiates contracts including content and terms, for assigned product categories.

What You Bring

3-5 years of progressive purchase and procurement experience with exposure in all categories of procurement including services procurement. - 4-6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in IT, Non-IT, and Services procurement Excel / Supply Chain Tools Knowledge - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software - Strong negotiation and communication skills Proven track record developing strong relationships with vendors Process and project management experience is a plus. We are currently in search of a Buyer to join our team in the US. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the acquisition of IT, Non-IT, and Services requirements. The successful candidate should possess 4-6 years of experience in procurement and a solid comprehension of the purchasing process. Global cross-cultural exposure and ability to do Multi-Tasking. Work Experience Proven ability to build and implement innovative approaches to procurement. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Open to feedback and desire to learn and improve individual performance.
