Tasks

-Take responsibility for a quarterly ‘HR Health Metrics’ data pack for EMEA leadership team which shows how we doing against hiring, retention, high talent turnover, pay differentiation by skill sets etc -Produce slides to present data -Support the EMEA HR Senior Leadership team by providing data & analysis at key points in the year such as compensation cycle, talent review, balanced scorecard setting etc -Design and implement the HR data analytics roadmap -Integrate finance, sales and HR data to create integrated insights which drive commercial decisions -Respond to ad-hoc data requests & help develop a data self-service approach for the EMEA HR teams -Ensures existing Workday dashboards are fit for purpose & proactively identifies future needs

What You Bring

-Experience working with multiple data sources -Knowledge of GDPR & data management -Experience of standard operational challenges such as data accuracy, user adoption and adherence to processes -Experience creating & running reports in Workday or other HRIS -Intermediate/Expert in Excel functions -Experience in PowerBI or similar platform is beneficial -Experience creating & running reports in Workday or other HRIS systems is beneficial
