Tasks

-Take ownership of project information, delivering status updates to relevant stakeholders. -Validate project progress and provide recommendations to meet execution goals. -Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, setting clear expectations and responsibilities. -Lead the development of an overall project plan and ensure alignment with team objectives. -Communicate with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle. -Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are properly executed. -Maintain strong customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project. -Align manpower resources to meet project demands and execution targets.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on structural concrete. -8+ years of progressive experience in field management for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million. -Experience with self-performing concrete work is required. -Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
