Leading market-specific presentations and support project execution teams by providing detailed background information and developing presentation strategy
Becomes an active member in appropriate national, state, regional, community and industry organizations (AWWA, WEFTEC, etc)

Knowledge and communication skillset to bridge technical and operational contexts
Exhibit strong water and wastewater treatment technical knowledge, including primary treatment (e.g., physical/chemical processes), secondary treatment (e.g., biological processes, biological nutrient removal), and tertiary treatment (i.e., membrane processes, disinfection, and water recycle) processes as well as residuals management (e.g., digestion and dewatering)
A thorough understanding of the application of alternative treatment processes
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or other relevant Engineering or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience within the industrial water market
Working knowledge of wastewater permitting requirements at the federal, state, and local levels is required
