Tasks

-Gather, analyse and monitor relevant data from the region’s assets, operations and services to explore patterns, causes and effect and trends within the business. -Identify opportunities to improve operations safety, customer and delivery performance through the innovative use of data analysis, insights and GIS visualisation techniques. -Work with regional and wider business stakeholders to define data sets that support business decision making and assist in driving improvements in data management processes and practices. -Identify areas for further analysis and produce performance and service insights to support and improve operations decision-making. -Perform regional demand and performance monitoring modelling using analytics tools and techniques.

What You Bring

-Experience working with a variety of data to extract meaningful business and performance insights, with good presentation skills and time management. -Track record of managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and the ability to influence and negotiate. -Working knowledge of data analytics methodologies, tools, techniques, and information management principles. -Experience in GIS and mapping techniques, data visualisation and analytical tools, with excellent attention to detail. -Degree or HND in relevant discipline with appropriate experience, or equivalent.
