Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Use Blue beam and CAD-Measure to take off quantities from drawings -Scheduling and comparisons of subcontractor and supplier quotes, including adjusting allowances for exclusions, clarifications, etc, to compare on a like-for-like basis -Marking up supplier and subcontractor enquiries to enable competitive quotations to be obtained -Produce a full set of Preliminaries for the project in question -Measure or schedule materials quantities for enquiry send-outs -Assess new tenders, checking for completeness and accuracy of information supplied -Prepare take-offs in line with SMM7 & NRM -Build up analytical unit rates and lump sum prices
