Tasks

-Liaise with various stakeholders, including State government, Local government and community organisations. -Provide oversight and quality control for data collection, management, and analysis. -When required, direct and monitor project management activities related to projects, including task delegation and direction, subcontractor management, health & safety protocol management, monitoring of commercial performance, quality review of deliverables, and interaction with clients. -Contribute to proposal development, including development of technical scopes and cost estimates. -Collaborate with other ERM national and global practitioners via working in teams composed of multi-disciplinary professionals from multiple offices around the global ERM organisation. -Mentor junior-level consulting staff to develop their skill sets including technical skills, project experience, and general consulting skills.

What You Bring

-Experience of working withing Queensland and/or NSW SIA Regulatory Framework. -A recognised degree in social science, or other related discipline. Professional registration would be an asset. -5 to 10+ years of demonstrable experience, with experience in the consulting industry preferred. -Experience working as part of an integrated national team to develop social impact assessments, human rights impact assessments, or other related scopes of work for projects in Australia and further afield. -Relationship building skills with colleagues and clients. -Excellent writing, communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. -Project management skills such as development of work plans, budgets, schedules, and project controls.
