Overview

Design and manage MEP building services projects for NHS and other clients.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Input on fee preparations. -Manage medium and large sized projects. -Provide complete designs with an eye for detail. -Work with the clients to establish the brief and follow the project through to the technical fulfilment. -Maintain and grow existing client relationships. -Oversee junior members of staff. -Offer a friendly and supportive outlook to colleagues and clients.

What You Bring

Experience Required -A competent Building Services Design Engineer. -A range of experience of designing mechanical building services. -Experience should include calculations, drawings, specifications. -Hold a full UK driving license. -Building Services Design/ Mechanical qualification to HNC/Degree level;
