The Role

Overview

Tasks

-Ensure all reports meet quality, accuracy, and compliance requirements, following internal procedures and external accreditation standards (e.g., UKAS). -Maintain consistency and integrity in technical documentation, ensuring traceability of data and test evidence. -Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed technical reports summarising fire resistance test results in accordance with relevant British, European, and international standards (e.g., BS, EN, ISO). -Liaise with laboratory engineers, project managers, and clients to clarify technical details and reporting requirements. -Review and interpret test data, observations, and measurements to produce comprehensive technical evaluations. -Manage workload to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

What You Bring

-Technical knowledge of fire resistance testing -Proficient at Word, Excel and Sharepoint -Technical knowledge of fire resistance products -Science / engineering graduate or equivalent work experience -Technical report writing skills -Experience in an ISO 17025 environment
