Tasks

-Customer Interaction: Work with customers and vendors as needed to diagnose and repair heavy equipment, ensuring satisfaction and reliability. -Be the Go-To Expert: Provide top-notch repair and maintenance services. -Stay Organized: Complete work orders and service documentation accurately and on time. -Master the Machines: Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental and customer heavy equipment with precision and expertise.

What You Bring

-Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. -High School diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent experience preferred. -Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude. -Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. -Experience as a rental equipment technician or a similar role in the repair industry is preferred. -Technical Expertise: Experience with construction or heavy machinery, including hydraulics, electric systems, and diesel engines. -Valid driver's license. -Capability to sit and stand for long periods with frequent bending. -Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. -Strong mechanical aptitude. -Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technology (cell phones, iPads, CRM, etc.). -Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess, question, evaluate, and report on equipment performance.
