Tasks

-Ensure alignment of candidate goals, skills, availability, and experience to the needs of the organization you’re supporting. -Facilitate and mediate the offer process, conduct negotiations with candidates regarding salary and other terms of employment. -Rapidly assess client job requisitions, detect critical knowledge and skills, identify and recruit high-quality candidates and match them to client openings. -Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to develop a reliable talent network. -Take ownership of every recruitment opportunity and creatively engage the best candidates through platforms, referrals, and networking efforts. -Maintain relationships with contractors through in-person coffee meetings, lunches, and events. -Coach candidates during the employment process, including resume preparation and client interviewing techniques.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Our benefits offering includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
