Tasks

-Implement, organize, and coordinate limited duty activity assignments; Liaise with medical providers and adjusters to monitor treatment, understand employee work status, and align care with return-to-work goals -Collaborate with management to develop and implement safe, gradual return to work plans, including assigning suitable transitional duties. -Provide support in the allocation of insurance premiums, legal, and claims invoices -Use hands to finger, handle, or feel: Operates a computer and other office machinery - Constantly – at least 51% -Maintain accurate and comprehensive claim files and records, ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant state and federal workers' compensation laws and reporting requirements -Oversee the lifecycle of workers' compensation and auto claims, ensuring timely filing and efficient resolution with insurance adjusters -Run, review, and build reports in ESIS/GRA and other Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS)
