Tasks

-Lead, motivate, develop, appraise and motivate Hire staff, Drivers and Cleaners to achieve a high performing team -Assist the General Manager to manage and monitor stock levels and implement initiatives to ensure accurate recording of stock levels to ensure the depot remains operational -Manage and monitor transport activities within the depot to ensure the most efficient and cost effective use of company vehicles and/or external hauliers -Manage hire desk activities within the depot and improve customer service by reducing Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) -Comply with Health and Safety requirements and ensure compliance within the depot
