Plant Coordinator - Commercial Section

Overview

Coordinate plant commercial activities: PO handling, invoice verification, supplier liaison.

Tasks

-Forward purchase orders to suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. -Arrange a build smart request log for commercial activities within the plant. -Receive invoices from suppliers and verify them against the purchase orders and timesheets/delivery notes. -Prepare goods receivable notes for external invoices. -Forward validated invoices to the accounts department for processing. -Follow up with suppliers to resolve any disputes and obtain credit notes when necessary.

-Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively -Strong attention to detail and ability to verify documentation accurately. -Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within a plant setting -Strong organizational and time-management skills -Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. -Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively -Proven experience in commercial coordination or a similar role. -Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement -Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams effectively. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Knowledge of procurement processes and accounting principles is preferred. -Ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations -Experience with inventory management and procurement processes -Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software applications
