Manufacturing Team Lead

Overview

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, safety oversight and mentorship to manufacturing team.

Tasks

-Identify and help resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. -Collaborate with the supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient operations. -Provide technical support to the team and supervisor, assisting with troubleshooting and identifying engineering problems. -Help coordinate the performance of team members, providing mentorship and technical support/knowledge as needed. -Assist in training new employees. -Help conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment/machinery are in good working condition. -Advance safety guidelines, ensuring all team members are aware of and enforce safety protocols and help address any questions and concerns or increase to supervisor.

What You Bring

-Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. -Proven experience within a manufacturing environment. -Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and identify engineering problems and read/understand drawings/blueprints. -Ability to lift and move heavy objects as the need arises. -High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical degree/certification or experience preferred. -Excellent understanding of safety guidelines and protocols. -Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
