Tasks

-Assist on-site Superintendent with coordination of trade contractors -Setup and clean up tasks, including removal of debris -Support all safety efforts in the field, lead safety orientations -Assist with monitoring work to maintain compliance for the work plan -Establish credibility among Owners, trade contractors, unions etc. by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment -Perform general on-site labor and/or carpentry duties as needed, which may include:Setup and clean up tasks, including removal of debrisDirect traffic within construction site when necessary to ensure safety of work crewAssist with the loading and delivery of materialsOperate a variety of hand and power toolsInstall items related to job site safety and functionality -Install items related to job site safety and functionality -Attend and participate in project meetings -Participate in a rotation supporting local Project Safety Manager(s) -Direct traffic within construction site when necessary to ensure safety of work crew -Assist with the loading and delivery of materials

What You Bring

Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. -High school diploma or GED -Strong problem-solving skills -OSHA 30 hour certified -Ability to work in a team environment -Knowledge of Procore -Ability to read construction drawings -In-depth understanding of construction principles and procedures -Ability to communicate and report effectively -Or equivalent combination of education and experience -Operate a variety of hand and power tools -2-5 years of construction experience -Excellent organizational and leadership skills -Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
