Tasks

Support training and development within the team Take the lead in Building Safety and compliance with a design-led, award-winning architectural practice. Influence safety standards across major UK projects while growing your career in a supportive, collaborative team. Lead as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act, ensuring full compliance across projects Deliver compliance reports and maintain the Golden Thread using CDE platforms Coordinate design teams and manage regulatory requirements from start to finish

What You Bring

Revit knowledge desirable Knowledge of Building Regulations, cladding, and façade safety Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and regulators ARB or CIAT qualified, RIBA Principal Designer status (or equivalent) Experience delivering Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act
