EBS Project Administrator

Overview

Supports EBS projects by coordinating schedules, documentation, and communication.

Tasks

-Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values. -Maintain accurate information and documentation in project management systems. -Manage calendars, schedules, and assignments throughout the duration of the project. -Track and maintain correspondence with project owners and vendors. -Assist program leads with internal scope documents. -Maintain project schedules up to date. -Coordinate EBS team needs. -Assist in and attend project meetings as needed. -Assist in project closure - including budgeting and final project sign-off.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -Ability to work towards and reach deadlines -Working knowledge of general office procedures -Repetitive motion associated with operating various types of office equipment. -Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) -Physical Work Requirements - Light exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally. -Bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred -Sound organizational skills -2+ years administrative experience or equivalent preferred -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Ability to organize and coordinate group work efforts
