Product Manager –Distribution & Transformers

Tasks

-Product Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to source and deliver products on time, within quality and cost targets. Accountable for team outcomes aligned with product strategy. -Stakeholder Management: Act as Voice of Customer, engaging regional customers, suppliers, executives, sales, and developers. Gather feedback, manage expectations, and build a regional product management community. -Product Planning: Secure business sponsorship and resources for new product launches. Own product lifecycle from business case to succession. Ensure global specs (technical & sustainability) and recommend make-or-buy decisions. -Competitive Advantage & Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and market drivers. Maintain strategic supplier relationships and identify new market opportunities. -Product Strategy Development: Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and key skills for delivery.
