Support monthly finance reporting, accruals, reconciliations and process improvement for IT.

Tasks

-To simplify processes where it makes sense. -Performing, evidencing and documenting internal controls. -Supporting the SE IT accounting technical update by preparing the powerpoint and organising the meeting for the community. -To utilise digital tools to help drive efficiency, productivity and cost reduction. -Financial Reporting of the global SE IT on a monthly basis to tight deadlines. -Reconciliations of SAP and vendor consumption data -Preparing journals for SE legal entities. -Maintain and add to task list of the role to ensure processes are documented and to ensure smooth handover. -Supporting the preparation of management reports.
