Requirements

• Proficiency with commercial flat roof metal flashings, including coping, counterflashing, drip edge, continuous cleats, conductor heads, downspouts, gutters, etc.
• Must be able to do copper, solder, and operate a auto break
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience
• Must be able to work in the heat and cold
• 5+ years commercial experience sheet metal roofing.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Valid US driver's license
• Experience with standing seam metal roof system, metal wall panel system, plate and ACM metal wall panel systems.
• Must be able to climb a ladder 40'
• Ability to operate either a manual or automatic metal brake machine
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Experience in single-ply membrane systems.
• Experience with concealed fastener and exposed fastener metal roof systems
• Familiarity with metal soffits and wall panels
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
