Tasks

- Respond to and coordinate the production of response to RFQs, RFPs and interview presentations, which can include technical writing, graphics and research. - Work with the Technical Lead/teams to create and design high quality proposals, including bid submissions, interview presentations and capability documents; - Log bids and keep all related information up-to-date on all systems, acting as CRM lead to ensure accurate data input. - Produce business development briefing reports as required - Work with technical staff to develop proposal content and project information. - Track RFQ/RFP opportunities and maintain company bidding material. - Prepare and maintain project experience, and staff resumes. - Assist with special events preparation and attendance.

The Bid & Proposals Manager is responsible for organising and producing first class proposals, presentations and related marketing materials while working closely with the Gleeds leadership.
