Tasks

-Ensure all C&I activities align with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications. -Develop innovative and functional office layouts that optimize space utilization and align with client objectives. -Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve finishing and QC-related site issues. -Prepare and maintain QC reports, site inspection logs, and snag/defect lists, ensuring timely rectification before handover. -Oversee the coordination of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of office fitouts. -Oversee Civil & Interior (C&I) finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards in materials, workmanship, and detailing. -Conduct quality control (QC) checks at all project stages including finishing, installation, and handover. -Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure project execution aligns with design intent. -Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and workplace safety standards. -Provide guidance on material selection, sustainability, and ergonomic workplace solutions. -Work on high-profile office fitout projects that shape modern workplaces. -Lead the planning, design, and documentation of office fitout projects. -Prepare architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. -Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently. -Participate in design presentations and client meetings, effectively communicating ideas and solutions. -Collaborate with a dynamic team of architects, designers, and project managers.

What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect specializing in office fitouts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of commercial office fitout projects. They should possess strong architectural and project management skills, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with client requirements, timelines, and budgets. -Experience working on corporate office spaces, coworking environments, and commercial interiors. -Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience. -Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address design and construction challenges. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. -7+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with at least 3+ years specializing in office fitouts. -Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. -Strong understanding of office design principles, space planning, and workplace ergonomics. -Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally conscious design approaches is a plus. -Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and team coordination. -Knowledge of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
