Tasks
-Drive new logo client acquisition for Asset Essentials CMMS across the UK manufacturing sector, achieving ARR bookings quota -Project manage the procurement process to ensure urgency and predictability -Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure -Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by maintaining and growing the database of prospects and tracking activity -Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives -Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns -Identify and qualify decision makers among the targeted call campaigns -Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently -Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts -Work effectively with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to maximize pipeline generation -Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders -Execute high-velocity sales processes with AOVs of £10-30k -Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and materials that align with client needs -Provide valuable market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing strategies -Close sales by building rapport with prospects, explaining product capabilities, conducting discovery, and overcoming objections -Conduct strategic outbound prospecting for new client acquisition within your designated territory -Identify, qualify, and develop high-value business opportunities within the manufacturing vertical

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field of study OR 3+ years of prior sales experience in lieu of degree -Excellent time management skills -Experience working collaboratively with SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and/or Account Executives -Professional phone presence and excellent communication and presentation skills -Strong decision-making, problem resolution, negotiation, and creative thinking skills -CMMS or asset management software experience -Vertical experience in Manufacturing -Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing -High energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance -Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable working remotely -Familiarity with maintenance and asset management operations -Organized with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
