What You Bring

-Experience with using Entrata Property Management Software is a plus! -EPA certified and strong HVAC skill set is strongly preferred. -This is a full-time position that consists of emergency on-call commitment and overtime commitment in Summer/Fall turn season. -Ability to recruit new vendors and establish long-term relationships with new and current. -Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance/Service Manager or equivalent supervisory position. -Stylish TCC logo attire provided. -Self-starter who has a strong eye for detail -Proven track record of excellent customer service. -Ability to work independently and prioritize. -Extremely organized and detail orientated.
