Tasks

-Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. -Support proposal development and contribute to project scoping and budgeting. -Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. -Conduct quality control reviews and ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., AASHTO, DOT). -Utilize OpenRoads Designer for geometric design, corridor modeling, and plan production. -Lead and manage roadway design projects from concept through final design and construction documentation. -Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, and design drawings.

What You Bring

-6+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on transportation and roadway design. -Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other design software is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). -Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. -It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability. -Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer is required. -Professional Engineer (PE) license required. -Strong understanding of roadway design standards and practices.
