Produce periodic reports on progress status, earned value, and key performance indicators, and recommend corrective actions under management supervision.
Assist cost and planning experts in preparing proposals for various types of contracts.
Support project management and clients in developing capital project schedules throughout the various phases of the project: preliminary, design, and execution.
Develop, maintain, and update project budgets, record and analyze actual costs, and produce rigorous cost forecasts.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of P6 and other planning and project control tools, software, and systems (MS Project, Tilos, Ecosys, Aconex, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (OIQ registration preferred).
15 years of experience in planning all phases of the project life cycle, from feasibility to execution.
Knowledge of AACEI recommended practices and other related documents.
Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and interest in broader assignments for continuous development.
This position requires knowledge of English, as the work produced is intended for audiences located elsewhere in Canada, internationally, or in other regions of the world.
Excellent communication and writing skills, fluency in English and French.*
