  • Produce periodic reports on progress status, earned value, and key performance indicators, and recommend corrective actions under management supervision.
  • Assist cost and planning experts in preparing proposals for various types of contracts.
  • Support project management and clients in developing capital project schedules throughout the various phases of the project: preliminary, design, and execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project budgets, record and analyze actual costs, and produce rigorous cost forecasts.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of P6 and other planning and project control tools, software, and systems (MS Project, Tilos, Ecosys, Aconex, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (OIQ registration preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in planning all phases of the project life cycle, from feasibility to execution.
  • Knowledge of AACEI recommended practices and other related documents.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and interest in broader assignments for continuous development.
  • This position requires knowledge of English, as the work produced is intended for audiences located elsewhere in Canada, internationally, or in other regions of the world.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, fluency in English and French.*
