What You Bring

-Multi-tasking and strong time management skills required -Experience working with GIS integrated data collection software/hardware preferred but not required -Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite -Candidate must be able to work with stakeholders, utility customers and line clearance vendors and have excellent interpersonal skills -ISA Arborist certification preferred -Candidate must be self-motivated, organized, production oriented -Candidate must be comfortable working in an independent environment and managing a geographical area for all vegetation related activities -Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work in varied terrain and inclement weather with flexible schedules (available nights and weekends as needed) -Previous Vegetation management experience strongly preferred -Pre-employment drug screening and background check required -Valid driver's license required -Two-year or four-year degree in Forestry, Biology, Natural Resources, Environmental Science or related field OR high school diploma/GED plus two years of UVM experience. High school diploma/GED requirement can waived with 5 years related experience.
