Overview
Oversee Energy Marshals, ensure LOTO compliance and safety across multiple construction projects.

Tasks
-Support pre-task planning and SimOps coordination across construction and commissioning teams. -Conduct regular audits and reviews of project energization trackers and LOTO logs. -Collaborate with project management, commissioning, safety, and client representatives to align energization plans with schedule and safety objectives. -Maintain visibility across all projects and proactively monitor compliance, risk, and incident prevention efforts. -Review and approve energization procedures (e.g., CMOPs, FTEs) for alignment with corporate expectations. -Ensure all Energy Marshals have appropriate tools, documentation, and supplies for execution of their responsibilities. -Develop and maintain audit findings and lessons learned. -Serve as the escalation point for complex LOTO scenarios or enforcement of energy isolation standards. -We reserve the right to continually monitor your ability to safely and successfully complete these inherent physical responsibilities and take action as deemed appropriate in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) -Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc. -Develop and enforce standard processes for energization events, LOTO implementation, and safe work practices. -Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to project-based Energy Marshals across multiple job sites. -Assist in the development of LOTO and Energization training materials and deliver training sessions for Energy Marshals and related roles.

What You Bring
-OSHA 30. -Potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing -NFPA 70E Trained. -Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel. -Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location. -Ability to lift up to fifty pounds, unassisted, as required. -Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required. -Understanding of one-line diagrams, schematics, low and medium voltage electrical equipment. -Potentially lift up to 50 pounds -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. -Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area when necessary. -Experience with LOTO. -Ability to walk or stand for an extended period of time. -Licensed Journeyman or equivalent experience. -Ability to travel to various job sites as needed. -Minimum of 10 years of electrical construction experience, with 3 years in an Energy Marshal related position.
